Defy and Takealot poor service

I purchased a Defy Steam Iron from Takealot and we used it one time. The second time it won't even warm up. When we contacted Takealot they said we must return it to Defy. I contacted Defy and they said we must return it to Takealot. This is really bad service from both companies and I am really very disappointed!
