Defy and Games service is disgusting!!!!

On the 28th of July I purchased a Defy Fridge and a Defy washing Machine online with Game. It was delivered 22nd of July. I stored the items at my sister's house till I moved into my own place on the 31st of July. Opened the fridge out of the wrapping and plastic. Left it off for another day til I went to buy groceries R2000 worth of meat and (veggie etc...) fridge stuff 2nd of August. The next day 3rd of August I opened the fridge ad it wasn't cold nor was any of my meat frozen. All my meat and food was off!!! Called game on the 3rd of August lodged a complaint Game REF 994467, Defy REF ***... Took 6 working days to get a technician to come out only to tell me he can't fix it... Guess what it's been Another 6 working days since the technician has come and I Still don't have a working Fridge!!!!!! I am disgusted with my service. Up until now if I don't phone or email myself I get no help! To make matter worse Defy is just a pathetic with service as all game does is pass the blame on to Defy and Defy on to game!!!

I want a fridge or my money back!!!! Ive lost so much money on food wasted and still have no food as not only don't I have money left to buy myself food I have No fridge or freezer to put it in...

Honestly Never experienced such appalling service ever.
