Defy almost ****ed us

Defy used to be a trusted brand when it comes to house hold appliances, I'm very disappointed in the horrible service we've been getting from the first week we bought their double door fridge, it has been "repaired" by defy 3 times already in less than 2years and last night it almost exploded, almost burning us to death in our own home.
