Defy aftersales service SHOCKING!
Stopped buying Defy fridges as their seals in fridges do not work. Bought a overhead extractor which has broken parts. Impossible to get replacement parts. The service Centre in George has no clue when they will arrive. What a joke! Will NEVER purchase anything made by Defy!
