Defy after sales service

We bought a Defy gas stove in January 2022, on 4 September 2022, the inner glass of the oven door shattered whilst baking. It has a 3 year guarantee, but within 9 months, this happened. After many calls and a job card number, no technician contacted me yet, it's been 2 weeks and nothing happens. I am utterly disappointed in the after sales service of Defy and will never buy another Defy product again in my lifetime.
