DEFY AFTER SALES SERVICE
I did report a Fault on my FridgeFreezer Job Card no *** they informed me after I phoned them twice that the technician will come out. I am still waiting. I phoned them again today, without any luck and said they cannot get hold of the technician. I am very disappointed in the after sales service of DEFY.
