Bought Defy Tumble dryer online from Game. Delivered 18/02/25 . Not working, phoned Defy call center, send out technician, motor was installed wrongly. They tried to fix, after leaving it tripped the power. I keep on phoning, promises to come out and fix. Why fix a new machine??? Game and defy refused to exchange for a new one. Find it unacceptable from both businesses to be treated like this. Will never buy from them again. Still sitting with a machine that's not workijg
