Defy, a trusted brand?

Defy is the worst!!! I bought adefy fridge in December at the makro in centurion in December and in January it was not working. I called their call center to have a technician come look at it and it took about 3 weeks for it him to finally come take a look and he said the fridge needs to be replaced. It's been another week since he came and still no call about getting a new fridge. I have had to throw out food because obviously I don't have a fridge and they couldn't care less. I got a review message two days after and it doesn't even give you an option to actually say anything about your dissatisfaction. Even after all the 1star and disturbing comments no one from defy has called me back.one has called me backcall two days after and was told another escalatwould be done and still nothing. I regret the day I bought a defy fridge and all the food worth thousands that has been thrown out because of the lack of service from them
