Defy

One tries to call, wait forever for someone to answer phone. Select spares, wait forever, sometimes up to 30min to 45min. Ridiculous!! Their slogan of "rely on defy" should change to "don't rely on Defy" or should just be taken away. Lots and lots of other people also complained. Defy has posted an excuse..............wait for it!!! Short staffed!!! When so many people are unemployed!! and then they do nothing to rectify the short staff.
