Defy
I am a resident at Greencreek Lifestyle. The washing machine is leaking. I logged a call with Balwin and I was told that it’s out of their hands and should log a call with Defy. I did that, a week later I still haven’t received any form of communication as to how I’ll get helped. My agent iGrow isn’t assisting me either!!
