DEFY

I bought a fridge/freezer from OK Furniture in Ottery they have closed and they in Wynberg now. Ever since I bought the DEFY fridge I had problems with it it ice up all my food and veggies in the fridge. They changed the thermostat 3 times then i was told they will replace my fridge by MR Thomplinson from DEFY up until today i have not had a replacement. I must throw away food everyday due tot his. I took extra Insurance of R900. The fridge i have has a water dispenser and it is silver . I am not prepared to pay extra for the same fridge why must I they have been stalling issue for 2 years.I cant afford to pay extra why did i take out insurance with them . Please I need help being a single Parent why must i struggle like this I had a great believe in OK and DEFY but look at the service i am getting
