defy

I will never ever bought some thing with the name Defy again. I bought a double door fridge that was over R10000 at Game. The fridge start making a load noise Defy send out Barnards TV and appliances to fix the problem they came out 4 times and still it making a load noise and it stop freezing 4 racks is not freezing .I bought meat now I am going to loose my meat due to the problem. It will be the 5th time that they have to come out. I told the guy there will only be some one at home until 12h30 when I call him he said he can only be there at 15h00. I am really not happy with this. I think Defy must send me another fridge. Now it makes a funny noise. I am going to take this matter further.
