Defy is by far the worst after sales service company in South Africa. No one bothers to follow-up, I bought a washing machine that leaks since day 1 and have called the call center so many times - it's been 3 months, one technician came n checked and left. Crazy how poor their after sales service is at doing the basic. Don't buy Defy products
