Deft and Makro are useless

How can it be that i buy a Defy washing machine and just over a year now where the machine leaves a black plastic on my clothes every time i use it. Now the technician came out to check but never gave me feedback, instead Makro calls me since i had to log the complaint with them and it seems that they dont know what they are talking about.<br> According to Defy i need to throw in boiling water in my washing machine but the tap needs to be closed, now i dont understand how i can wash the machine out with no water coming the thru the supply as i only have the cold water tap by my machine, also i was 1st told i need 1 kettle of boiling water then was told i require \alot"of boiling water and that my machine will wash with no water coming thru the supply tap even tho i try to explain that if the tap is closed the machine stalls until it is open! then i am also advised to buy extra cleaning agents as the washing powder/sta soft is causing the build up of black plastic on my clothes. I want to know why every other single machine I've ever owned/used never had this issue ever and now after a year with Defy i have this issue!!!!!! Bad service and bad quality!!!!"""
