Defective Oven

Bought a brand new oven and hob from Tafelberg Furnishers in Parklands. On the 3rd use of the oven, big explosion, glass door shattered. Not even a month old. Logged with Tafelberg, now wait for a technician to come. Glass everywhere. I requested them to come and replace with a model that is not defective, but have to wait for a technician first. Glass everywhere. Substandard product. Put a post of Facebook and apparently you are still selling this model which is know to be defective!
