Defective fridge from Defy

After the last review on defy they contacted me a defy drive calls me we are bringing you a fridge. I was happy when they get to my place they a old fridge with them. They wanted me to that old fridge in my place with ****roaches and take mine to the office to fix it what can they fix they failed doing at my place.

So many technicians came to fix my fridge and failed even they're head of technician failed. All I need is a new fridge that's all. They way things look they don't plan doing that.
