Defective Defy products

Purchased a Defy frIdge freezer in November 2017. Appliance was noisy from the onset. Six months later techinicians said some pipes were knocking against each other. In less than 3 months freezer no longer working. Technician can only come out 3 days later. What about food stuff in the freezer. Defy has pathetic, dreadful after sales service. You cannot rely on defy. Daughter had purchased a similar product and freezer gave up in less than 6 months. All her freezer items rotted. Please do not ever purchase Defy as they manufacture sub standard products.
