Deceptive advertising for washing machine ! not one word on Manual says no Hot washing machine with NO HOT WATER PIPE,?

Sadly a handsome little washing machine ...however no where in the advert or sales staff from ok bazaars told us this washing machine was ONLY a cold water washing machine?? Who builds a washing machine with no hot water facility in 2021!! !?? Completely crazy! I feel ****** and so angry as I have to travel so far to take this back to the shop! My husband has fitted it to the water and now we must disconnect and carry it back, as no one goes to our area! Both of us. Are elderly and it’s no easy, especially in this pandemic times! Am so furious!
