Dangerous product - rusted microwave

<p>Hi Defy</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged 2 previous requested asking that you contact me regarding my mothers microwave that has completely rusted through on the bottom. </p> <p> </p> <p>I can actually see the components underneath!</p> <p> </p> <p>While I'm not claiming the microwave is still in warranty, as a loyal supporter of your products I had hoped you would at least get back to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>A week later, 2 requests, and clearly you want nothing to do with your rusted products.
