Damaged Washing Machine

i bought a 13kg washing machine on the 02 jan 2013. By may 13th, 2013 the machine was already making a noise. they sent a technician to fix it. in 2014, the same thing happened and they sent another technician who promised that the noise is now gone for good and gave me the numbers of a regional manager as i was complaining that i demand an exchange. the manager said the machine must break 3 times in 2 years before they can think of exchange. Now in oct 2015, 2 and half years, the machine is not letting the water out which is also stuck somewhere at the back. There is a stench coming from the machine, which has filled my kitchen with this smell. Defy service centre wants me to pay for the call out fee and repair costs, which i think is not fair because this machine has been damaged goods from day 1. My mother has the same machine for over 4 year and nothing has happened with hers. i demand a new exchange washing machine.
