Damaged Fridge

I purchased a Defy Fridge from Makro and the appliance did not last more than 4 days. There was a error sign flashing. Defy came out after 4 days later to check the fridge. Only to find out that the fridge needed a brand new PC board. In the interim all my stuff was frozen in the fridge and damaged. No one wants to take responsibility for my damage goods. This is frustrating. I have to incurred the loses.
