Damaged appliance sold by Defy

I purchased a fridge freezer from Pavilion Hirsch store, the fridge was delivered and had lots of damages inside, plastic dented, cracked in freezer, Defy sent 3 people on different occasions, and informed me that they cannot replace it as it is made by Defy, meaning the damages need to be taken for granted, I would not advise anyone to purchase a Defy appliance, the service is disgusting, and they sell appliances that are damaged.
