Customer Care Line - a joke

Wanted to get charcoal filters for a cookerhood. Have now rung Customer Care Line ( ********** ) four times....I get the switchboard operator each time...then it either rings off or when I push 1 (for spares) it rings and rings until it cuts off. Pathetic. What amazes me is the number of complaints on Hello Peter but Defy seemingly ignore what their customers are saying.
