Control console in flames

<p>After doing a load of washing, my mother switched off the machine and unplugged it. After hanging the washing on the line, she found the control console on fire. Can a representative please contact her. Her name is Ingrid Domingo. This is not the first time a Defy appliance has disappointed in performance. </p>
