CONTACT PROBLEMS TO SAY THE LEAST

I have been trying for 2 days to contact DEFY on Montague Gardens. The 'phone just rings...and rings.<br> So I have just 'phoned DEFY in PE - asked for their Service department to ask a simple question. Another no go. Hope this approach will get results.
