Constant repairs on new fridge for noise and error

My husband and I had bought a defy double door fridge from Makro July 2017. Ever since we have had a technician come to repair the fridge twice and yet again we have to get a technician back to repair the unit as it continues to be noisy and has error/warning sign again!
