Concerned

<p>I recently bought a Defy top loader at Game in Canal Walk. I only bought this for the Guranteed getaway. I have the slip as well as the scratch card. Till this day I have not heard any response from anyone concerning the bookings. I have tried to make contact in numerous ways, nothing has worked. Please advise </p>
