Complaint

I bought a new Defy washing machine in November 2021 and have a problem with the spinning of the machine. It bumps at the inside of the machine and the sponge was missing and the side walls was already rusty. Now Defy say that this is normal for machines to do that and rust from the first month! A new machine for R9000 aleady have rusty problems? How will this machine look like in 2 years time? They promised to get that part and comb back toe today to fix the problem. They just didn't arrived at all. Can you please assist in this matter? Kind regards Juliette Weyers
