complaint

I lodged a complaint about a stove that is not working on the 25th of March with reference number *** and i was promised a call for the stove to be attended. i Till today the 19th April I have not got any communication from them. Every time I call i am told that the matter will be escalated. I was given East London/PE branch managers number that i called and even left messages for him because he was on a meeting but till today i was not called.
