Complaint about repair services

I contacted Game store where I purchased my Defy washing machine on Dec 11, 2014 to log a query that my machine is not working properly and is less than a year old. Its making a racket when it goes to the \spin function"and moves like its going to take off into space. <br> I was told that the defy repair man will be at my house in a few days to attend to my machine. Defy repairman only came on 18 Dec & found no one at home. They left a report card and I called to reschedule there visit. A gentleman came a few days before Xmas again"
