Complain of the assessment of my damaged fridge

My fridge us damaged , i lodged a claim with first for women . They sent an assessor whose not a specialist in defy products . He did not even test/check the fridge and submitted a report , claiming that it is not economical to fix the fridge . According the written report there is an internal leak .

I'm submitting this concern of the outcome of this assessment which lead to the decision of First For Women not to repair nor compensate me . I trust you will find this in order
