COMPLAIN
Replaced old white 26year old Defy side by side Fridge/Freezer with new Silver side by side Fridge/Freezer Model no. ff419. Worst decision made. Freezer has now stopped working for the 2nd time. 1st time it took many days for a technician to come out and repair. Had to throw away lots of food. YOU CANT RELY ON DEFY
