****croaches in dishwasher after services

I had a problem with the dishwasher reported it to the store. Remember in our house we don't have this ****croaches. It was repaired, send back it works just to discovered ****croaches coming out of this dishwasher. It was reported to the shop they informed him by email. No response from the manager until I decided to contact him then I mentioned there premises are clean. This is just to get more furious when they want to shift the blame. He said he will referred to legal department no response. I spoke to his manager took down my details and will come back no feedback I followed up not available. I did informed them my kitchen has build in cupboards now at this stage I got this ****croaches in my cupboards and this because of Defy I following up doing the necessary informed them give them your details no feedback your time and efforts your airtime going down the drain I want this problem to be sorted right now
