Clearly your cannot rely on Defy.

<p>i bought a top loader 13kg washing machine on the 31/08/2016 and in November the stupid machine stopped draining any water out,it was booked in for a repairs and this really ****ed me off,how can a 2 month old washing machine be broken???is this your standard Defy?? is this what the SABS really approved and you guys sold to us??never the less,the machine was fixed and continued to work even though it sounded like a 5 year old washing machine.yesterday the machine stopped working again,imagine!!! called Defy to report that their product is useless,and i want a replacement or my refund ,i was told that the person who can make that descion is on leave.How is that my problem??am i supposed to wait for that person to come back?whilst i have a usless machine at home thats not working?I never knew that your company is a one man show.I HAD LG WASHING MACHINE FOR YEARS AND I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT,i just wonder if you will ever match up to their standards.AM TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!!</p>
