Clearly not believing in the better.

The end of January I bought a brand new fridge at Game Kenilworth. Fridge was delivered and everything was fine.

7 weeks into my fridges brand new life,mid ramadaan. Easter weekend,this fridge decides to give up on life. Mind you it's 7 weeks old brand splintering new. I contacted defy and to my surprise they sent out a technician the same day I logged the claim. Great job from their side. The technician found that the fridge was not working properly obviously and had to be replaced. So I was then said to contact Defy Cape Town where I dealt with Ro***a and Basil. They then said I will receive a replacement fridge. I received this replacement fridge the day before eid.

I had inform Defy Cape Town that I lost all my meat poultry cheese,pickle fish,samosas,pies everything with the breaking of my u week old fridge. Not to mention the fact that I lost my mother's insulin which she is dependent on. I have asked Defy Cape Town why they are not replacing my groceries as I have lost everything the manager then says that it's an insurance claim and does not get back to me. I called Friday all day on his work cell and he did not pick up.

Defy Cape town had truly disappointed me as they are no making it seem as if I broke the fridge and they are refusing to replace my lost groceries as well as my mother's medication.

I previously owned a sansui fridge and till it broke it worked perfectly. DEFY was recommended to me as the best and I decided to buy the fridge and as your logo says believe in better. I did believe DEFY was better but clearly they don't care about their customers and have no regard for their customers well being.

I am truly and utterly disappointed by DEFY.
