Chaotic service

I had two terrible experiences with defy sales and service center capetown. First, I had taken my convection microwave oven for repairs and was called some days after I had collected it to come back to the office because I had not paid before the appliance was taken away. I felt humiliated because they had a process in place where you had to show prove of payment before your appliance can be release to you. I sent pictures of the receipt that was issued to the caller but he insisted I must come in. I never received any apologies for that incident. The microwave packed up barely 6 months later and I have been too traumatised to take it back. Secondly, I urgently needed a spare key to my defy chest freezer and all fingers pointed to defy sales and service center! My husband and I called the number provided online severally to no avail. Finally the call was answered by two different ladies at different times who informed us we needed to deal with the spares department and gave us two different numbers that were never answered. Eventually, on 6/12/16 we went to the office and was told we should have called! My husband's detail was taken. He was told the key would be ordered and he would be called to inform him of the status of his request. We waited for the call for two weeks after which we called again and a lady finally picked up the phone about 20minutes later. She couldn't confirm if the order had been placed even after speaking to the front desk personel and checking the entries on the date we provided. We asked if she could place an order for the key and she promised to look into it and call us back. We are still waiting for her call till date. It cost so much to call the office because you first have to listen to all the adverts of their products before you get transfered to someone. I am really frustrated because I really need the key.
