Cape Town bad service

<p>I bought a 10kg toploader washing machine which had rust in the casing and appeared to be incorrectly mounting. The technician who came out could not have been more professional and a new casing was ordered which was supposed to be four days. Defy Cape Town branch has still not bothered to reply to 3 emails and telephone calls and it is now 6 weeks later!</p>
