Cant rely on Defy

<p>We have now been waiting for longer that two months to have our brand new dishwasher repaired after sending it in for a second time. The second time we waited 2 weeks before they collected the dishwasher. The first time the dishwasherb was returned in the same condition we sent it in. They are useless and the problem has not been resolved. They do not return your calls when u leave a message after waiting for more than 30 minutes for someone to answer your calls. It is difficult if not imp[ossible to speak to someone who can help you. If you finally find someone all they tell you that they are waiting for parts.
