Can't complain about the service if there ain't any

I have requested a user manual for the defy multifunctional turbofan gourme. I've tried email, facebook and whatsapp. The only response is that someone will contact me, which obviously doesn't happen. This is the reason I normally don't buy SA brands !!! Why is it not on their website in the first place. Disgusting customer servive !!!
