Cannot rely on Defy

You people have the most pathetic service ever! I bought a fridge @game store and the fridge is not working. I went back to game and i was told that a technician will be sent to come and fix the damn fridge. Its been almost 2 months waiting for the technician. Thursday I spent the whole day waiting for him. He told me hes on his way. Guess what????? He didnt pitch. No communication at all. The number he called with is ***. I dont even know his name. Now since there will be a shut down from THURSDAY, how am i supposed to survive for the coming 21 days with a fridge that's not working??????????
