Go onto the defy Durban website for their contact numbers and try ANY of them for the spares dept and it rings and rings and rings until it gets cut. Then try the other numbers and you'll be prompted until the ***s come home only to get no answer. When after the fifth attempt they tell you they'll get back to you which OBVIOUSLY never happens.
