CAN YOU RELY ON DEFY

i have recieved such pathetic service from Defy with regards to my Defy Double Door fridge that is rusting on the inside , a gentleman by the name of Khaya from Defy came to my property to inspect the fridge that was sent by Ishmael from JHB , only to be told that the fridge is bad and nothing can be done ,this was reported last year and again in March this year , the fridge works beautifully but rusting badly on the inside just under the light and to think that its food that is being kept, WAS THE FRIDGE SUPPOSE TO RUST IN THIS MANNER MODEL F640 please can someone advise *** ,my house is furnished with defy products and this is the aftersales service
