Can't supply spare parts.

My fridge crispers were damaged during a move so I called Defy to ask about replacements.<br> <br> They said that they would order and it would take 10 days to get there. I asked them to place the order for me. I never heard anything for 6 weeks so called back and they said that they had the parts in stock. Based on that I went to Denver to collect the order.<br> <br> When I got there it turns out that their stock system shows that they have these items but they are not actually in stock.<br> <br> There is no way to have these delivered so I now have to go back when they say that they have them and just hope that it is not another waste of time.
