can not complain of service there is no service

you can not complain about the defy service because there is NONE.. i have send in my top loader to one of their subcontractor and they are waiting nearly 2 months for front shocks.. when you phone the head office they don't answer the phone.... i will never ever buy one of your products again... had trouble with that piece of s**** since the day i bought is brand new.......
