Can I please get help with my washing machine

I bought DEFY 14 grey top loader on the 8 July 2024 it's has given me problem first time they said it were shocks within 5months ,today I was doing washing first load, when I take it out the is hole, I don't know were to report because the lady from Boksburg defy she's so rude, please help, I'm so depressed right now 😭
