Call drops after being placed on hold

I called the call center and pressed 1 to speak to the Services department. When someone finally answered I explained what I needed and then without any courtesy this person simply said \Hold for Services\" and put me back on hold. I then waited on hold for a time period before the call was suddenly terminated."
