Call center for repairs does not work.

Monday 27 March I phoned Defy Port Elizabeth to get a technician out to repair my washing machine, was told that they had a new call centre that had to be called for repairs. Called said call centre and spoke to Vusi (***) told her what the problem was, she said that I would get a call within 2 days to let me know when to expect repair man. Was also quoted R400 for 1st half hour plus R100 for the next half hour plus parts

By Monday 3 April I had heard nothing and once again called said call centre only to told that their system was down and that I should try again later, told call centre that that was not the way it worked and that I expected to be called back to let me know was going on. They did call back to let me know that Defy PE (whom I callrd in the first place) would call me in the next 2 days to let me know when the repair would be done.I got a call from Garth from defy on Tuesday to let me know that he would be in my area on Wednesday to do the repair he also quoted me a different hourly rate using the excuse that it was an out of town rate he also asked me what was wrong so that he could bring spairs. Garth arrived on Wednesday afternoon and was unable to do the repair because he did not have spairs. Now I wait another week.

Have bought a new machine in the mean time wasn't a Defy, but still need the other machine repaired I wonder how long it will take.
