Business management at it's worst.

<p>My washing machine breaks down and now the parts cannot be obtained until October. In what world does this work? Any COMPETENT company should be able to order parts in advance to keep stock levels constant. Now I need to go and get someone else to do the washing, do you think they will compensate us for their failure. NOT A F CHANCE.</p>
