Bull**** service from DEFY and their backyard technicians

My brand new washing Machine started making weird scratching noises, we called Defy on 08/09/2023 they booked a technician from Barnards TV and appliance service Job Card 519225, the tech came out and said the shocks needs to be replaced - a week later the shocks was replaced, 2days after the replacement of the shocks the machine started to make the same noise, we called Defy again and the same people came out, they took my washing machine and advise it will take a few days, a few days later the machine was brought back all nice in bubblewrap, when we opened the machine the machine was still making the noise (this is while the techs was here) we called their boss, Eddie which then told us are we stupid that machine should sound like this and dropped the call. We called defy again and advise on the issue, they booked another tech to come out ref nr *** a week later and after follow ups a tech finally come out, he told us that the shocks was never greased, he worked on the machine and let. When we went to check if all is in orde, the left side of my machine face is completely loose and scratched. Also Barnards put their stickers on my brand new machine which now makes it look like a second hand piece of ****. So after more emails and calls and complaints we had another tech from defy come again, just to leave and say oh well this can take 6months to replace.

Firstly my security is at risk Defy had 3 different tech on 6 different occasions at my house. THIS MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND I WANT IT REPLACED. THIS ID BULL****
