broken washing machine

I am really disappointed with Defy in March I bought a Washing machine and I used it for 2 month and the rubber in the front of the Machine came out and water was al***** the house,I reported the matter to they call center they sent a technician and they inspected the machine opened it with driller and said they need to order new parts ot which they did two days after using the machine same thing happened they sent a different technician which didn't do anything was surprised to get a message that I need to rate the service,now I have been calling the company they keep on saying they will come back to me and they never do the machine is just sitting there not working I keep on asking for refund but no one wants to help they put me on hold never come back to me the last person I spoke to said the notes written by the last technician is that it was my fault and I must pay them to co fix it for me
